Passport in the safe.
The original stays in the hotel safe. Carry a copy or phone photo plus another photo ID for age checks.

Your hotel, in Thai.
Save the hotel name and address in Thai, offline. "The big one near the beach" is every hotel.
A map pin and a screenshot help too

Phone
Phone on the table = gift.
Phones on bar tables and in crowds walk off. Front pocket or a zipped bag on busy streets.
Check it every time you leave a bar

Wallet
Back pocket = donation box.
A wallet in the back pocket and a bag in the scooter basket are the easiest targets in a crowd.
Take only tonight's cash

Battery
Charge up. The ride home needs it.
Your ride app, your map and your hotel's number all live on that phone. Leave with a full battery.
