A man who informs everyone that Bangla Road is awful with the confidence of somebody who has inspected it personally four nights this week.

Not Bangla.
Except Thursday.
And Friday.
Saturday was because his friends wanted to go.

“Too touristy.”
“Not my scene.”
“I prefer local places.”
Has remarkably detailed knowledge of which side sois are busiest after midnight.
Typical Arc
Arrives determined to discover the real Thailand.
Visits Bangla once “just to see it.”
Returns because somebody he met is working.
Soon develops a detailed critique of individual venues.
Eventually his dislike becomes so sophisticated that it requires weekly research.
Behavioural Notes
He does not like loud bars.
He simply knows which ones have the best music.
He does not like nightlife.
He simply prefers Tuesdays because weekends are too crowded.
He does not know any bar staff.
He merely receives several LINE messages asking whether he is coming tonight.
